WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE? - Prices include :

• rental of studio apartment
• bed linen, changed once a week
• two towels per person, changed once a week

AIR CONDITIONING - Yes, our 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor apartments are fully air-conditioned. The ground floor studio is now also air-conditioned. Though Korcula Old Town has it's 600 year old air-condition system architecturally created by shape of it's streets to allow wind and breeze to keep town cool and fresh.

ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE: As we have to have some time to clean apartments between your arrival and previous guests departure, or your departure and next guest's arrival, you would need to leave your apartment on the day of your departure by 10 am and not arrive earlier that 1 pm on the day of your arrival. Of course, this info is for guidance only, and we are happy to find convenient solution for any arrival/departure schedule. Please keep us informed about your needs so we can plan well in advance. For last minute change of you plans, please phone!

Important note: If you phone or email to tell us by which ferry or bus you are arriving, we will be happy to come to pick you up from terminal or station and escort you to our house.

BABY COTS and HIGH-CHAIRS: We can provide baby cot and a high-chair (subject to availability) at no extra cost. Please do not forget to make note of it in your email if you need a cot or high-chair.

PETS - We welcome well behaved and quite pets and are keen to make sure their presence don't disturb guests in our other apartments. If you intend to bring your pet with you on holidays , please tell us in advance so we can inform other people who will be in the house with you at the same time.

TELEPHONE and INTERNET: Our apartments do not have telephone access. Hovewer, FREE WiFi Internet Access is provided for all our guests.

LAUNDRETTE: Our apartments do not have washing machines, but there is a Laundrette service in Korcula Town on request.
