Ground Floor Apartment

This studio apartment is located on ground floor of the house. It has no air-conditioning. The apartment has two single beds, it's own en suite shower room and wc, as well as kitchen corner with fridge and basic cooking facilities.

Floor at the apartment is light wooden/laminated. This apartment has direct access to the street, so if you feel like joining locals and sit at the street to enjoy your drink, you can fo that in front of this apartment.

There are some charming stone period features in the apartment too, that are intentionally left after complete refurbishment of the house in 2005. The floor size of each floor in the house is 24m2 (6mx4m).
